Person whispering is never with an evidence or some conclusive proof at the point in time to make a speaking not worth the while. 9. Breath not so horrible as to distract from message heard. 10. Confident that act will serve purpose(s) and achieve objective(s), without an unplanned loss being suffered in the circumstances. ___________________ Even if what would be whispered could be forgotten soon after !
